01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the wen999 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at wen999.org.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the wen999 platform and is accessing its services.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on wen999, used to access gaming, deposit funds, place bets, and request withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player's account that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player via an approved payment method (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa) that have cleared and are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by wen999 before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds (or any winnings derived from them) become eligible for withdrawal.

02 Account Registration

To access the full range of wen999 services, including deposits, betting, live casino, and withdrawals, players must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all wen999 account registrations:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. wen999 enforces a strict 21+ policy on all accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Each individual may hold only one (1) active wen999 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wen999 Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. wen999 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• You must notify wen999 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• wen999 reserves the right to refuse any registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where fraud, identity misrepresentation, or Terms violation is suspected.

03 Age Verification & KYC

wen999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. All players must be 21 years of age or older. Age verification is mandatory and may be requested at any point during a player's relationship with wen999, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or upon any change to account details.

KYC documentation that may be requested includes, but is not limited to:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill or bank statement issued to your registered address in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or elsewhere in Pakistan.
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and mobile number.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by wen999 will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is satisfactorily completed. wen999 will not process any withdrawal to an unverified account.

04 Deposits & Payments

wen999 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods approved for Pakistani players. All deposits must be made in the Player's own name using a payment account registered under their own identity. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• JazzCash mobile wallet (instant processing)
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet (instant processing)
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank online banking transfers
• Raast instant payment system
• 1LINK interbank transfer
• USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

wen999 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which wen999 accepts no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at time of deposit.

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your wen999 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. wen999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully met before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• wen999 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal circumstances. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• wen999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000 per transaction, which may extend processing time.
• wen999 reserves the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

wen999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms and Conditions as stated on each individual promotion page. General bonus rules applicable across all wen999 promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 years or above only. Accounts that fail age verification will have all bonuses voided.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion.
• Bonus funds and real money funds in your account may be subject to separate wagering rules. Real money funds are generally used before bonus funds when placing wagers, unless otherwise stated.
• wen999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Players found to be exploiting bonuses — including through arbitrage betting, bonus abuse strategies, or multi-accounting — will have their accounts terminated and all balances forfeited.
• A Player may only claim a welcome bonus once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome offer more than once constitute bonus abuse.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the wen999 platform — including sports betting markets (cricket, PSL, American football), live casino games, slots, and dice — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player. All bet confirmations are final.
• wen999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing errors. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.
• wen999 employs industry-standard Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, certified by independent testing laboratories, to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes on all casino and dice games.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed. Live (in-play) odds are updated in real time; the odds at bet confirmation are those that apply.
• wen999 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict bet types, or close accounts where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• PSL and international cricket betting markets are subject to additional event-specific rules displayed on the relevant betting pages.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wen999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wen999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found engaging in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one wen999 account.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person or accepting deposits or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interfere with platform operations.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the wen999 platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or introduce malicious code into the wen999 platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

09 Responsible Gaming

wen999 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that gambling can be harmful if it becomes compulsive or uncontrolled, and we provide the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard:

All content on the wen999 platform — including but not limited to the wen999 name, logo, trademarks, game titles, graphics, software, source code, user interface designs, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wen999 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the wen999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any wen999 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use wen999 trademarks or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the wen999 platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

Any unauthorised use of wen999 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wen999 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the wen999 platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from a Player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues affecting access to the wen999 platform or the processing of bets and transactions.
• Errors in third-party data feeds (e.g., live sports scores or odds) that result in an incorrectly priced market. wen999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude wen999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wen999 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to wen999's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory authority or arbitration body as specified by wen999's international operating licence. wen999 complies with international standards for fair gaming and dispute resolution as required by its licensing authority.

Pakistani players acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to local laws and regulations, and it is each player's individual responsibility to ensure their use of wen999 complies with the laws of their place of residence.

13 Amendments to These Terms

wen999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, wen999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, SMS to the registered Pakistani mobile number, or a prominent notice on the wen999 website.

Your continued use of the wen999 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the wen999 platform immediately and contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.
